The client planned to retire 14 legacy systems and replace with a new CRM (MS Dynamics including Finance and Operations) as well as file management system (MS SharePoint), a change that would impact 300 full-time employees, 300 external stakeholders, and over 80,000 physicians. This digitization and modernization represented a major change in mindset, process workflow, and systems
for employees, stakeholders, and physicians.

- Map the current-state functional and technical process maps across 16 divisions and 50+
roles. - Target-state process maps to scope the change impact.
- Oversee the change management portion of the project plan that included communication,
sponsorship, evaluation, and risk mitigation over 18-months.
